At Proz Educação, I led the redesign of an internal ERP system used by academic and administrative teams across the company. The legacy platform was complex, outdated, and lacked consistency, which impacted efficiency and user satisfaction. I conducted stakeholder interviews and user research to identify key pain points, mapped current flows, and designed intuitive, scalable interfaces aligned with business goals. By introducing a new information architecture, clearer navigation, and a cohesive visual system, the redesigned ERP significantly improved usability and helped internal teams perform their tasks with more confidence and clarity.
